Throughout his career, Celso has thrived in roles requiring strategic planning, technological implementation, and operational efficiency. His leadership as a C-suite member and Vice President of Engineering at Topia, along with his tenure as Head of Game Integrations at Derivco/Microgaming, demonstrates his ability to lead diverse teams through digital innovation. He has a proven track record in optimising business operations, enhancing digital capabilities, and driving growth while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to industry standards.
Celso’s experience includes steering large technology programs, such as his pivotal role in the launch of Standard Bank’s first Corporate and Investment Bank in Côte d’Ivoire.
